- 2 oz.-St. Germain
- 3 oz. -dry sparkling wine, such as Prosecco, Champagne, or Cava.
- 2 oz.-soda water
- Celery rib and cucumber slice, for garnish
Fill a 'Tom Collins' or other cocktail style glass with ice to suit; Add St. Germain and stir to chill the drink. Top this up with the sparkling wine and soda water and stir gently to combine. Garnish with celery and/or cucumber.
