How To Make A Ranch Water

Ranch Water Ingredient List :
Ranch Water is a classic tequila highball cocktail that hails from West Texas. No one knows exactly how it came to be, or even when the first person ordered one! But we do know this: without Ranch waters' word-ofmouth popularity over time, these drinking establishments would never have been able add "Ranch" into their names as an homage - they were just called plain old bars until 2010.
I know you're probably thinking it, but Topo Chico is the only way to go. It's that Mexican mineral water brand sold in distinctive bottles and has been around since 1978!
There's really no science to Ranch Water! It was a word-ofmouth cocktail for so long, which means it has more of an atmosphere than anything else. You can definitely use as much lime juice and soda water that you want; just keep those bubbles on hand in case your drink gets too stale or boring (you know how fast they disappear).

  • 2 shots of tequila in a glass (3 ounces tequila)..
  • Mix in the juice of 1 lime (~ 1 ½ ounces)..
  • Fill the glass with ice and add Topo Chico(or Mineral Water) (about ½ cup).
