Here’s how to make a gin gimlet cocktail (see the full recipe quantities below):
- 1.5 oz. Gin
- 1 0z. Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Soda Water, Lime Wedge
Add gin, lime juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker, and shake with ice. Pour into a glass and add a splash of soda water if desired. Garnish with a lime wheel.
