- 3/4 oz. Gin
- 3/4 oz. Cointreau, or other orange liqueur.
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- Top up with Champagne.
- Garnish with Maraschino Cherry. and 1/2 slice orange
Shake all the ingredients, except the Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour into cocktail glass, and top up with champagne , or sparkling wine. Garnish by 'spearing' the orange and cherry.
