- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 (750-ml.) bottle Prosecco or Champagne (for 4 drinks)
On a small side plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rim of the glasses, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Next, fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with the (homemade, or store bought ) apple cider, then top off with Prosecco (or Champagne)
